About Clifford Park Special School-
Clifford Park Special School aims to provide a supportive learning environment where individual students achieve educational outcomes to assist them in their transition to post school life.
It was established as a new special school in 1990.
All students enrolled are diagnosed with an Intellectual Disability, while some have multiple impairments (physical or sensory including Autism Spectrum Disorder). The 150+ students who  are currently enrolled benefit from modern technology (internet, interactive whiteboards, iPads, laptops) as well as a heated swimming pool, in-ground trampoline and sensory play area.

Aim of Fundraiser-
For a few years now the P&C have been trying to raise enough funds to build a Mechanic Shed as Stage 1 of our Training and Employment Centre Fund. This will be fitted with a car hoist, teaching the students practical everyday maintenance of fixing things. With this set up we won’t know where this valued teaching could take the students! Pre learning before heading out in the real world and getting a job! We are so close but so far from reaching our build. Covid19 has not played an inviting role in this year’s goals of getting the shed built.

What is a Thermomix TM6?
The TM6 is a smart, connected appliance where you can enjoy step-by-step guided cooking directly on the screen of your Thermomix. Use your touchscreen to control time, temperature and speed using manual mode.
The TM6 has its WiFi connectivity built in. This connectivity and the large screen enable you to browse Cookidoo, our online recipe library.
This new model has just been released in Australia on June 2019, and replaces the Thermomix TM5.
